Our management partner oversees all of the business aspects of the health centre including responsibilities for human resources, finance, patient safety, premises management, equipment and IT . He ensures the correct utilisation of systems and people at the health centre in order to provide the highest quality of patient care. Our management partner supports the clinical and administrative teams, as well as other professionals, to deliver current services and to also develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.
Our operations manager is in charge of our reception team, who provide an important link for patients with the health centre and are the first point of contact for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on most queries or direct to the relevant person or service depending on the health issue or query. Patients are able to book their own appointments online but the reception team is available to help with this when necessary. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with prescription enquiries, routine patient recall, dealing with patient records and helping with data searches and practice audits.
